COMMISSION: Custom Eye Portrait ATC

PAYMENT SCHEDULE Client agrees to pay the non-refundable total project cost before the start of the project.

PRICING Total cost of the commission is an estimate. Project cost may be amended for any special requests for the commission.

CHANGES / REVISIONS Client is responsible for any additional fees accrued by requests outside the project scope. Price includes one minor revision - no complete re-draws. Revisions must be approved by the Artist if such revision is achievable at the current stage of the artwork. No revision can be requested after the final image is approved.

OWNERSHIP Client grants permission to the Artist for the use of the provided images to create an artwork. All sketches and mockups used to create the artwork, including the final art image, remain the property of Amy Wise. The Artist retains the right to present the artwork image in a portfolio of any media. Any display of this artwork must be credited to the Artist appropriately.

The final physical artwork will become the property of the Client for personal use only upon final payment of the project. Legal counsel will be taken if the client attempts to use any of the artwork images without making the final payment. 

CANCELLATION Client or Artist may terminate the service at any time if the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory. Upon written cancellation, the Client is responsible for all final expenses incurred at the current stage of the commission, including the artist's assessment of the proportion of work completed. Fair notice will be given by either party with a chance to remedy the situation without resorting to project cancellation.

 ACCEPTANCE The purchase of this commission listing shall evidence both parties' acceptance of these terms and the project proposal.
